Suntrust Mobile Deposit
- Limited to SunTrust Investment Services, Inc., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., and GenSpring Holdings, Inc. “Time Deposit” means a deposit from which the Depositor may not make withdrawals of all or any part of the balance within six days after the date of deposit unless the deposit.
- The SunTrust Mobile App is optimized for your Android device and is specifically designed to provide quick and secure access to your personal accounts. You can make payments, transfers, and mobile.
Deposit a check with the SunTrust Mobile App: Select “Deposit a Check” from the Main Menu and follow the prompts! The service allows you to make multiple deposits per account per day. Payments received in the afternoon, which normally would have to be delivered for deposit the next day, can be transmitted to SunTrust for same-day credit. The service allows you to capture images of remittance coupons for reconciliation of your deposits.
Sign on to Online Banking. Select your auto loan account, and click on the Pay icon. Follow the instructions for setting up one-time or recurring payments from either your SunTrust deposit account or from an external account. Download the SunTrust Mobile App.
1 SunTrust does not charge a fee for the use of SunTrust Mobile Banking. If you do not already have a data plan with your wireless service provider, normal data rates will apply.

In the unlikely event that someone establishes unauthorized access to your accounts through SunTrust Mobile Banking, you are 100% covered ($0 liability) for any funds removed from these accounts (including loss of interest, insufficient funds and overdraft charges) when you contact us within sixty days of receiving your statement that contains the unauthorized activity.
